Certification and go-live

Once your test plans pass, certification validates the integration against Snapdocs standards before production keys are released. It confirms data integrity and system stability on the Snapdocs side, and gives you a documented baseline that the integration works before real customers touch it.

Run the certification tests

Contact your Implementation Manager to receive your certification test suite: a set of scenarios with expected outcomes that simulate what your integration will encounter in production.

Execute the tests from your integrated environment, not with raw API calls; the point is to certify the system you'll actually ship. For each test, capture evidence of the outcome:

• screenshots from your system showing the action
• Snapdocs order or closing IDs and their statuses
• any other output demonstrating the expected behavior, such as executed documents downloaded into the backend system

Review and approval

Submit your documented results to your Implementation Manager. Snapdocs reviews them to ensure no details are missed. If any test needs rework, you get specific feedback and re-run it; when everything passes, then your integration is certified.
