How these docs work
Common platform behavior information is found in the Getting Started tab, alongside this page. This includes what to expect from authentication, environments, webhooks, testing, certification, and other company connection concerns.
Workflows specific to powering a given product will be found in the Guides section of that product tab. Also any common features that are distinct for a given product will have those differences explained in the product tab guides. For example, eVault doesn't allow subscriptions to Webooks because an integrator needs to listen to all events we broadcast from the eVault. Or Notary Connect's authentication pattern differs from eClose.
You'll want to view the Getting Started pages as well as the guides under the product you're integrating to.
Guides teach, the reference specifies
Each product has two kinds of pages:
- Guides walk the workflows: what to call, in what order, what arrives by webhook, and what to do about it.
- The API Reference documents every operation, generated from the product's OpenAPI spec. Fill in request fields and the cURL sample on the right updates as you type. Requests run from your browser, so most live calls are blocked by CORS; copy the cURL and run it from your terminal.
Search crosses everything
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) to search every guide, changelog entry, and operation across all products. You can also use the search box in the top right. You can also follow any links on guides to the pages it suggests reviewing next or the API Reference to the endpoint you need.
