Added eNote status
Enote status was added to the response of the /closings/{closing_uuid}/status. Reference Get closing status.
Added signature name
Signature name was added to the response of the /closings/{closing_uuid}/borrowers endpoint. Reference Get a list of borrower document statuses.
Defect with our authentication token verification
We fixed a defect in our authentication token verification process.
Borrower opt in and out of eSigning
Two endpoints are now available to allow borrowers to opt out or in to eSigning. Reference Opt into eSigning and Opt out of eSigning.
Borrower signature name
Some borrowers prefer a signature name, which is different from their legal name. We're now allowing lenders to send that preferred signature name to Snapdocs via the API. Reference Create a new closing for details.
New endpoint for closing status
To get the status of a closing, call the /closings/{closing uuid}/status endpoint. To specify which closing, use the closing UUID. Reference Get closing status for details.
Access closing audit trails via API
You can now access closing audit trails by calling the api/v1/closings/{closing_uuid}/audit_trail endpoint. To specify which closing, use the closing UUID, or query the audit events of a specific date. Reference Get audit trail events for the current closing and Get audit trail events for the company for details.
Updated preview & eSign statuses
When a user calls the GET /api/v1/closings/{closing_uuid}/borrowers endpoint, the detailed scenarios and their respective statuses will return. Click this post to see the list of detailed scenarios.

New endpoints

Added eNote webhook events
Three eNote webhook events are now available to subscribe to: closing.enote_ready_for_signing (the eNote is ready to be signed), borrower.enote_signing_available (the eNote is available for a Borrower to sign), and closing.enote_signed (the eNote has been signed by all signers).
